By accessing or using this Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tides For Life. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Products – Research Use Only

All peptides, chemicals, and related products sold on this Site (“Products”) are intended strictly and exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and scientific purposes only.

• Products are NOT for human consumption, ingestion, injection, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, veterinary use, or any other application involving living organisms.
• Products are NOT approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for human or animal use.
• Products are sold as research chemicals and may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory or equivalent lists in other countries.

By purchasing any Product, you explicitly agree that:

• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution purchasing solely for legitimate research purposes.
• You will not use, or allow others to use, the Products for any prohibited purpose.
• You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of the Products in compliance with all applicable laws and safety standards.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect misuse or violation of these restrictions.

4. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

We make no claims that our Products can diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any information on the Site is for educational or research reference purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

5. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept EFT and Checks.
• You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon shipment (or upon delivery to the carrier).
• You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and compliance with import regulations in your country.

We do not ship to countries or regions where such sales are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure the Products are legal to import and possess in your location.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of research chemicals:

• Returns are generally not accepted once shipped, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect.
• Cancellations may be accepted before shipment, subject to a restocking fee (e.g., 20-50% of order value).
• Custom or perishable items (e.g., peptides shipped on ice) are non-cancellable and non-returnable after processing.

Any approved return must be in original, unopened condition and accompanied by prior written authorization.

8. Product Warranty and Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We warrant only that Products will substantially conform to the description on the label at the time of shipment.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tides For Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or research results, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of Products, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Products for any human or animal application.
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage Products without our express written permission.
• Make any therapeutic, medical, or performance-enhancing claims about the Products.
• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product information) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

13. Termination

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You hereby consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and irrevocably waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue, including any claim that the forum is inconvenient.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Site and purchase of Products.
